Coach Peluso was brought into Relentless Hustle over the past year. His first experience of the Club was as a parent when his daughter Stefani strarted with Relentless in December of 2007. Relentless Hustle thought that Coach Peluso could be a valuable resource to use as it moves forward into a New Era. Peluso was asked to step in as General Manager and Director of Coaching for Relentless Hustle in October 2008

Coach Peluso enters his eight season as head coach of the RIT men's lacrosse program. In 2007 he led the Tigers to a 14-3 record and the team's third ECAC Upstate Championship in the last five years. In addition, Peluso's Tigers were ranked as high as No. 2 in the country. In 2006 The Tiger were Champions of the Empire 8 Conference and finished #4 in the country. 

Over the past seven years, Peluso has led the Tigers to a top-five ranking in Division III Lacrosse and amassed a 78-38 record. He has produced 19 USILA All-Americans, 56 All-Empire 8 honorees, tweleve North-South All-Star Game participants, two Empire 8 Rookies of the Year, the 2004 and 2006 Empire 8 Player of the Year, six Verizon Academic All-Americans, and four USILA Academic All-Americans. Peluso currently serves on the NCAA All-American Committee for Division III Lacrosse.

Before RIT, Peluso was the architect of the Lycoming College men's lacrosse program. While at Lycoming, he directed the Warriors to a 41-30 record, including a 32-13 mark in his final three seasons. In 2001, Peluso led Lycoming to its most successful season with an 11-3 record en route to the team's first-ever regular season Middle Atlantic Corporation Championship. and earned a USILA Top-25 national ranking.

In 2007, Peluso recorded his 100th career coaching victory and has a mark of 119-68 in 12 seasons.

Peluso is no stranger to the Rochester area. The Nazareth College graduate helped guide the Golden Flyers to the NCAA Division III semifinals as a senior.

In addition to coaching lacrosse at RIT, Peluso serves as the Director of Athletics for Development.

Peluso and his wife, Beth, live in Honeoye Falls with their daughter,
Stefani a (2017 Relentless Hustle Participant), and son, Patrick (2020 Resolute Force Participant).
