Brad Conlon, is a part of the coaching staff of the RIT Men's Lacrosse program, working primarily with the goalies and defense in 2009.

Brad Conlon was named Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-American in 2008. Conlon was a captain if the Tigers in 2008 as he lead the Tigers to 11 wins and guided the Tigers to the Empire 8 Final and the ECAC Finals. He was named an All Empire 8 All Star in 2008 and garnered ECAC of the week honors also that season.
